Your certification tells a facility you passed an exam. The checklist tells them what you actually do every day, and those are different things. Departments vary wildly in equipment and workflow, so a tech who knows ultrasonic cleaning and gas sterilization fills a different need than one who’s steam-only. The combination of cert plus honest ratings is what gets you placed fast.
How deep does the tray set-up section go?
